Certificate and Conformance Status

We confirm that this site (www.oradina.com) has been reviewed by software developers and created to meet standards set by the WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1) at the AA level. The WCAG 2.1 AA level covers a wide range of recommendations for making Web content more accessible. WCAG 2.1 AA level guidelines include specific details on how to develop accessible Web content. This statement certifies that the applicable, specific WCAG requirements are met in full except as may be noted below.

As a result of the foregoing, this website’s content has been made more accessible to a wide range of people with disabilities, including blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, learning disabilities, cognitive limitations, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity and combinations of thereof. By implementing and adhering to these guidelines, this Site’s content has also become more usable to users in general.

Measures taken to make this website more accessible

We have retained the EqualWeb company to use its automatic review system as well as a team of developers, designers and content accessibility experts to review, remediate and test the website by performing multi-layered accessibility testing and analysis of the new and updated accessibility measures and web content. As part of the process to make this website more accessible, adjustments were made, among other things, to JavaScript and cascading style sheets. The process also included accessibility modifications for assistive technologies (e.g. NVDA, JAWS etc.). Below is a list of accessibility modifications and functionalities.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Our goal is to support a wide array of browsers and assistive technologies. As such we have directed our efforts to supporting popular systems with high market share, including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera and Safari.  Likewise, we have worked to support Safari VoiceOver and similar Windows-based assistive technologies. Finally, we have addressed the functionality of both JAWS and NVDA assistive technologies for Windows and MAC.

Among other things, in creating the website, we worked on the following to provide accessibility:

  • OCR Image description
  • Fonts – Ability to increase and decrease the site font, adjust, align and the like
  • Voice command for the browser
  • Provided color contrast based on dark background
  • Provided color contrast based on a light background
  • Amended site colors to anticipate vision impairment
  • Provided matching and monochrome option for color blind people
  • Altered Site font for readability
  • Increased cursor size and altered color to black or white
  • Increased display to 200%
  • Highlighted links on the site
  • Highlighted Site headers
  • Provided image descriptions
  • Increase content chosen by cursor, showed in a tooltip
  • Described words by mouse selection
  • Display of Site contents in a new window to enhance clarity and readability
  • Enabled user typing via mouse

Feedback

While we believe that our website is accessible for people with disabilities as described above, human errors may occur that affect the website or the appropriate technological solution may not yet been available or may inadvertently inoperable—which is an issue for all users of technology.
